This is Mark Hefter’s first line when discussing his career as one of the most forward-thinking Beverage Professionals in the modern restaurant industry. What began as a part-time job as a dishwasher in a local burger joint in his native New Jersey has turned into a career and passion spanning some of the most prestigious names in the business.

Mark attended University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, where he graduated with honors from their highly prestigious Hospitality program, which only accepts 50 students per year. During his time there, He began working for the inimitable Sirio Maccioni at the iconic Le Cirque 2000 in New York City.

Mark then picked up and traveled through the famous wine regions of France and the United States before settling in Las Vegas. His time there included work with Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group at Spago and Chinois restaurants, 55º Wine + Design, and returning to the Maccioni family at Le Cirque and Osteria del Circo restaurants at Bellagio.

Mark then departed Las Vegas to become the Director of Wine at Montage Beverly Hills, opening the property and writing the seven different wine lists for each unique outlet. Montage received the Forbes Five-Star rating in its first year, braking the record for fastest property from opening to achieving this highest honor. Additionally, Montage received the rare Triple Five Star rating for the Restaurant, Spa, and Hotel, a list that today is only shared between 17 properties in the world. It was here that Mark also developed, named, and oversaw operations for £10, the private, reservations only bar. In its first year of operation, £10 was awarded “Best Bar in the World” from Virtuoso, putting it in the same company as the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel in London, and King Cole Bar in the St. Regis Hotel in New York.

Mark returned to Las Vegas to run the Beverage Program for Morton Group Restaurants. In this role Mr. John Curtas, Las Vegas’ foremost Restaurant Critic, put it best: “Mark Hefter’s beverage program is a lot like Mark Hefter: fun, interesting, intelligent, and all over the map.”

Mark began work with longtime friend and restaurateur Jonathan Fine at Fine Entertainment Management. Shortly after developing one of the most extensive Whisk(e)y programs in Las Vegas at Ritchie McNeely’s, Jonathan and Mark partnered on The MINT Tavern. In addition to his role as Managing Director of The MINT, Mark continues his role in Beverage Management and Education across many of the Fine Entertainment Management properties.

Mark is an Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators Just as comfortable with a shot of Tequila or a Beer as he is with a glass of Champagne or Barolo, Mark has been at the forefront of approachable, inviting Beverage Professionals that are so highly regarded in today’s restaurants. An enormous music fan of all genres, you’re as likely to see his tattooed arms flailing about at a live music venue as you are to see those same arms covered in a suit raising a glass at the restaurants and bars of whatever town he is in at the time. Just like music, Mark has a passion for food, wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails that is infectious to the guests in his spot.

Jacob Chidester

Jacob Chidester was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. After high school he hit the road touring with acts such as Boz Skaggs (2002), Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (2004), and Jason Mraz (2003-2004) as a guitar/band tech and stage manager. While studying at UNLV, he made his way into the professional music scene around Las Vegas. This meant playing casinos and show- rooms, and working as a session musician, while continuing his education studying privately with jazz legend Joe Lano.

More recently Jacob has been performing with theater pro- ductions. With the local production of Jersey Boys, Jacob began as a sub, quickly expanding to perform both guitar chairs as well as the bass chair. From there he toured extensively with the Jer- sey Boys National Tour covering guitar, bass, drum and vocal parts (2014-2017). In his off time from the tour (and since re- turning to Vegas full time) Jacob performs locally with numerous groups including the Rock of Ages’ Las Vegas company and Spiegelworld’s Opium.

Alexander Great

Alexander Great began as a magician at age 13 when a childhood friend taught him a trick. Practicing hard and competing at magic conventions, the first fruits of his efforts yielded the first place trophy for stage magic at The Pacific Coast Association of Magicians convention in 1986.

The very next year he returned with an even more elaborate act, only to claim the first place throne once again. Soon thereafter, he presented illusions for Six Flags Magic Mountain, and later toured Australia as an apprentice to illusionist Chuck Jones, where he learned the real secrets of illusionary magic. Graduating with a degree in marketing, Alexander returned to the states, performing at Hollywood’s famed Magic Castle often, where he was presented the highly respected Achievement Award. Soon after, The International Magic Awards featured his act and presented him with a trophy for Best Junior Magician. This nationally televised FOX special was the first of its kind and opened the door to developing even more breathtaking illusions, which he took abroad.

His show was presented in Japan, Stockholm, Rio de Janeiro, Taiwan and Shenzen, China. Later Caesars Magical Empire at Caesars Palace In Las Vegas featured his show and then In Lake Tahoe for two years straight at The Horizon Casino Resort. Currently he resides in the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas.

My name is Jason Ebs, I’ve been playing music since I was 12 years old and have been lucky to tour with bands such as Peter Criss, Ace Frehley, Terrin Nunn’s Berlin, and others. I’m a counselor at Rock & Roll Fantasy Camp, where I’ve been lucky enough to jam with people from Joe Perry to John Hall and everyone in between. Relocating to Vegas from LA a few years back, I formed an all star cover band called “Jet Velocity” with my wife Janea Chadwick Ebs and was doing a lot of corporate events and gigs around Vegas and LA.

We’ve been joined onstage by tons of peeps, from Michael Anthony (VH) to Bumblefoot to Dave Amato (REO) and many others. We have been doing acoustic live Facebook shows every Friday at 5pm PST called “Sign of the Times”, where we discuss the past and the present to change the future. We also have an original band called ECOTONIC that features Chris Sade from AC/DC on Drums. We have several CD’s available on iTunes and anywhere on the worldwide web.

Cali Tucker

Born into Country Music Royalty, Cali Tucker carrieson her iconic last
name with a style and sound uniquely her own.

Cali is the daughter of legendary country music singer, LaCosta Tucker,and
the niece of Tanya Tucker. Influenced by strong, successful women, Cali
tookthe reins designing her own brand of country music.

Raised in Nashville, TN, her early years were spent touring with her family,
which motivated her toexplore her passion for songwritingand performing.

At 15 yearsold, she was crowned Miss Teen All American 2000, then wenton
toreceive her first contract singingand actingat Dollywood’s Theaters in
Pigeon Forge, TN.

At 18, Cali made her debutappearance singingon the Grand Ole Opry,
followed by a tour with her Aunt Tanya singing lead and background vocals,

In 2014, Cali was chosen to participate on season 6 of NBC’s “The Voice”,

In 2017, she released a cover songalbum titled “Cover Girl”, followed by her
Christmasalbum, “Cali’s Christmas”.

Cali has recently performed at The Dolby Theater in Los Angeles, CA as well
asSXSW in Austin, TX. She is currently set torelease her original EP,
produced by multi-platinum selling, Grammy nominated producer, Gharah
“PK” Degeddingseze, in 2020.

Although her roots stem from country music, her passion and vocalabilities
encompassallgenres, including pop, rock, jazz, R&B, standardsand more.
Cali hasbeen closely compared tothe vocal stylingsof Adele,Stevie Nicks,
Patsy Cline, Amy Winehouseand Lana Del Ray, to name afew.

Her career continues toflourish, performing nightly in Las Vegasand at

Christina Shaw

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Christina Shaw’s life as a child was filled with music. Her father, Bill, was a disk jockey, and her mother, Marisa, had her own local entertainment company . Beginning at a young age, Christina produced her own backyard variety-style shows for the neighborhood kids. She has appeared in local community theater, has won pageant titles, and has also modeled.
Her love for music grew, as did her desire to perform. In 2000, Christina became a professional performer/singer. Since then, Christina has been a professional impersonator and look-alike and has performed in many venues across the United States, Asia and the Caribbean. She also appeared on MTV, in music videos, and also performed on national television in a celebrity impersonator contest.

Christina has been performing in Las Vegas since 2010, since her move to las Vegas she has headlined in Legends in Concert, Blond Invasion, Holiday Jubilee, Holiday Glow, Sticky Sweets and Karaoke Rock Show. As well as performed on the Grand Celebration Cruise ship and with Las Vegas’ own, Zowie Bowie.

Hear her commanding voice and watch her perfectly rehearsed dance steps; her star quality comes from a natural gift for singing and dance, combined with training and a sincere dedication to her craft. Working as an entertainer has given Christina many opportunities to live out her dreams of singing and dancing. She is very happy doing what she loves best: entertaining!

Robby LeBlanc is an International World Class Guitarist. He grew up on the east coast in Connecticut and has been living in Las Vegas since 1998. His career has taken him throughout the United States, Canada, Spain, England, Bali, Vietnam, India, Tahiti, Bora Bora, Africa and in May 2021, performances are planned in Bhutan, Nepal, and at Mt. Everest Basecamp.

Robby graduated from Guitar Institute of Technology in Hollywood California and later received a scholarship in performance from the very prestigious Yale School of Music in New Haven Connecticut.
